So the first thing I see as I sit down in Puff Daddy’s hotel suite is a massive spliff, the size of a carrot, in an ashtray on the coffee table in front of me. Puff ignores it. The waiter ignores it as he shows me a selection of tea in an open briefcase (only Puff’s tea could be offered like a deal going down).
A spliff, I’m thinking. It’s not the most controversial thing to find in the hotel sitting room of Puff Daddy (or P Diddy, Diddy or Sean Combs, depending at what stage of his multi-million-dollar rapper-promoter-producer-record-company-exec-actor career you first encountered him).
